Top 5 - Pranks That Ended in Death

Pranks are all fun and games for a good laugh or to get revenge on someone. However, sometimes pranking can go too far and end in demise.


5. Halloween Shooting




15-year-old Adrian Broadway was a teenager who with her friends decided to play a prank on someone who had pranked them by throwing mayonnaise, toilet paper, and eggs on a car. A 48-year-old man appeared from the property from where the car was parked and opened fire on them killing Adrian and injuring one of her friends. The perpetrator was sentenced to 30 years in jail.


4. Stop Sign Death




A teenager from Ohio was sentenced to four years in jail for concealing a stop sign with petroleum jelly and cling film which in turn caused the deaths of two elderly sisters. Mary, 85, and Jeanne, 81 drove past the concealed sign and collided with another car. The teenager was said at his trial to be very remorseful and will be considered for early release.


3. The Hanging Prank




16 Year Old Jordan Morlan thought it would be a good idea to prank his sister. He was hanging Halloween decorations and decided to hang a noose from a tree. Later that afternoon Jordan's sister went to their mother saying Jordan was hanging from a tree and was not moving. Jordan's mother discovered the body, he was unable to be saved and died of organ failure. The theory is he somehow became tangled when hanging the noose.


2. Bullying Prank Ends in Death




17-year-old Sergi Casper died after bullies wrapped him in clingfilm and he tripped crushing his esophagus. His teacher witnessed the whole event and did nothing to stop it. Sergi was clearly being bullied, however, the school denied he was ever being harrassed. The students involved in the prank were expelled and the police are investigating Sergi's death.


1. Bigfoot Prankster is Run Over




44-year-old Randy Lee Tenley decided to dress up as bigfoot at the side of Montana's highway 93 and scare people. Two teenagers obviously frightened by what they had just seen ran Randy over killing him. Many people in that area believe in the legend of Bigfoot and the teenagers faced no further action in Mr. Tenley's death.
